Do you set up PEC (Certified Email) and digital signatures?
Absolutely. We handle the complete configuration of PEC (Certified Email), digital signatures (smart card, CNS, remote signing) and the associated certificates on all of your firm's devices.

Is the training on-site or remote?
Both options are available. Training sessions can take place at your office in Rome or remotely via a secure connection, depending on your preference.

Yes. For clients with a support contract we offer priority assistance. In urgent cases (blocked filing, imminent deadline) we can intervene remotely or on-site the same day.
